Some 1995 WWF questions..

It was said that Shawn’s babyface turn after WM XI was a last minute decision based on the reaction they got at Wrestlemania. So what was the original plan, was it Shawn vs Diesel II at In Your House I? Would Shawn have won the title then?

​No, plan was always to put the belt on Shawn as a long-term thing in the future, not right after WM. In fact Shawn was still considered "too small" at that point and really had to fight his ​way into his spot as a top guy. At that point Vince was still 100% on the Kevin Nash Train.

Also when Sid turned on Shawn they day after on RAW, the turn happened during a commercial. Was this planned or did the segment run long?

​It ran long. ​

Were they thinking long term after Shawn turned that it would be Shawn vs Diesel at WM 12 or was Bret always in the mix?

​Shawn’s role was supposed to be midcard guy. They were thinking Diesel was going to be the next Hulk Hogan and didn’t even start planning Shawn’s coronation until late in the year. ​

You had discussed a while back a potential Razor-UT match for WMXI. What would have been the storyline? Undertaker had been feuding with Ted Dibiase’s Corporation from Survivor Series as Dibiase’s revenge against Undertaker eliminating Underfaker at Summerslam, and Razor was feuding with Double J over losing the IC Title at Royal Rumble. So how would their paths have crossed leading to WMXI?

​There’s actually a vignette that was shot but never aired, done right after Royal Rumble where an embittered Razor attacks Undertaker and buries him alive in a graveyard. That was pretty much all they would have needed and I still think it would have been awesome. ​
