Bayley Questions for the Blog

Hey Scott,

There’s been lots of talk on the Blog about Bayley’s appeal/potential to draw/being ruined on RAM/etc. etc. But we know the WWE Universe ™ skew’s older than they like to admit. That being said, I have a couple questions:

1. Do these supposed young, female fans Bayley is supposed to appeal to actually exist in a sizable number?

and

2. If they do exist, would kids really care about how she’s being used on RAM? (kids are pretty stupid).

​I don’t think they’re a sizeable number on the main roster yet because they’re been given no reason to really get behind her yet. Plus the entire audience has been eroded to the point where it really is just the 40-50 year old bitter hardcore fans left watching. But I’d say if they were watching, they’d care, because kids will quickly pick up on someone who’s a loser and they’ll move onto something else. I’m not saying Bayley is already a lost cause, but the difference between the reactions she was getting when she was first called up and what she’s getting now is pretty telling. ​
