Well Smackdown sucked

They just couldn’t do it. After one of the best Raws in months they couldn’t let Smackdown out do Raw. Unless of course they actually thought this was going to be on the level of what happened on Raw.

That emailer that mentioned Vince being too tired for Raw after the PPV seems pretty astute right now. This whole Smackdown stunk of Vince McMahon’s senile booking. I doubt any TV execs read the internet but if they did and heard what the fans were saying they should be furious with the first real live Smackdown.

Let’s list all the ways Smackdown sucked.

Yeah, tell ’em, Steve Dave!

· The jobberweight battle royal.

· No wonder Del Rio wants to quit

· That final four

· Apollo Crews is not over; it’s not the same as Finn Balor

· They kept talking about Dolph breaking the glass ceiling yet Zack Ryder, Health Slater, Miz, Del Rio etc. etc. were all still treated like jobbers

· Yet Cena and Orton were made to look like Gods

· Speaking of Miz: When you have a show lacking in star power you at least want to have strong titles

· Instead they have the IC champion get treated like garbage by a guy who basically said he doesn’t want the title because it is worthless

· And then have said champion sell one move for an hour like he is literally dead

· Randy Orton is a cancer to the wrestling business

· No American Alpha: let’s have the one draft pick people were excited about not wrestle

· What exactly are the tag teams and woman fighting for?

· Speaking of the woman: Nattie’s win was made pointless with that 50/50 booking

· And what a terrible way to introduce the women no one asked to call up from NXT in the first place and others that no one knew were still employed by the company

· Raw gets a huge surprise title change (even if some thought it should have been saved for Summerslam) and a new popular guy getting a title shot which creates a feeling of unpredictability

· There are only two titles on Smackdown and one was rendered meaningless on this show

· How about a surprise return for Smackdown? Nope, it’s announced in the most boring way as “Coming Soon”

· Oh wait, there was Rhino, let’s just move on

· Dolph is a fine wrestler, but he’s been a jobber for far to long for this to mean absolutely anything. How much did him getting inducted into the Kent State wrestling Hall of Fame in September have to do with this?

· Or was it so they could keep repeating there is no glass ceiling? Even though there clearly is

· This doesn’t make any sense because it’s a face vs face match but Ambrose is so much more over than Ziggler. They aren’t even close to the same level

· Now if they do this right and let Ziggler look strong up until Summerslam that’d be perfectly fine but I’m sure he doesn’t win another match and still ends up beating Ambrose. He’ll probably be laying down for the RKO next week. And they’ll make him sell it even longer than the Miz had to.

· WHY HAVE AJ TAKE THE FALL?

· Isn’t that what Crews was in the match for?

· Everything from the draft picks, to each interaction, and the outcomes of Raw and Smackdown have tried to make Stephanie look like a genius, Mick Foley look like a bumbling patsy and Shane and Daniel Bryan look like complete and utter fools

· Seriously, USA should cancel Smackdown tomorrow after that insulting showing
