War Games 2013

The best War Games angle recently was right after Summerslam 2013 where you had Bryan get screwed out of the title AND the Rhodes brothers getting screwed over by the Authority. Plus Big Show was being made a wet mess of tears by the Authority.

They could’ve set up Bryan/Cody/Goldust/Show vs. Orton/The Shield. Not too mention this was exactly the time where they were pimping the new War Games DVD AND they had Dusty on tv with his kids! It literally wrote itself

​Plus we had been hearing all kinds of talk of HHH wanting to bring back WarGames as well at the time, with the DVD release seeming to be the introduction for newer fans. I agree, it was the perfect time and I thought that’s where they were going with it. ​The problem remains, however, that you need a two-ring setup and it means you have to alter the ringside seating, and given how far in advance these shows are sold that can be difficult. But it could have been done.
