Who is the Promotional Voiceover Guy?

Hi Scott,
As we’re talking about the mid-80s, do you know – who is the person who for years did all the WWF voiceovers promoting the shows for the local markets ("The World Wrestling Federation is coming to…")? For example, in this video, starting at 2:57, plugging a local Toronto show.

This guy’s voice is in my head since childhood, and it seems like an important slot as these promos were part of how they overran other territories, so I’m just wondering whose voice it was that Vince used.

​Dude, that was the Fink! I know it’s hard to recognize him without the booming ring announcer voice, but he did all kinds of voiceover work for Vince during that time. Usually if it wasn’t him, it was Killer Ken Resnick while he worked there. ​
