The Cowardly Conor McGregor
By Scott Keith on April 24, 2016
So can we talk about Conor McGregor, super pussy? Saying he can’t do promotion work because "mah training!" as an excuse to avoid a butt kicking at the hands of Nate Diaz? I would hope that Diaz will be compensated for McGregor turning coward, given how he’s getting fucked out of a payday on what is sure to be one of he biggest UFC shows in recent memory.
Oh, Jesse. This isn’t pro wrestling and there’s clearly something much different than Conor being "afraid" at work here, especially since Conor is specifically motivated by money and there’s millions of dollars at stake. If anything Conor should have been "afraid" of Jose Aldo because he was unbeaten for a decade, but he pressed for the match for years. And if he was afraid of Diaz he wouldn’t have demanded it be at 170 pounds again instead of something like 155 where he’s more comfortable. Also, UFC did offer Diaz another fight at UFC 200 and he said that if it’s not Conor, he’s going on vacation, so I don’t feel too bad for him.
