Quick Questions

By Scott Keith on April 24, 2016

1. What is the best way to debut Finn Balor? Always thought Cena’s US Open Challenge was the best spot initially, but now? I love ‘demon’ Balor, but a friend who is a casual watcher thinks it is too over the top.

2. What is the best WWE/NXT hybrid card, keeping rosters facing each other. They tested it with Roadblock, but maybe it would slip by Vince for a May PPV/Network Special?

3. What would you do with Kevin Owens?

4. Who do you think is the best current wrestler, all things combined.

5. Not a question, but just an observation: Cena, Seth, Sting, Orton are all out. I know everyone is sick of Cena and Orton, Rollins taanked, and Sting is done, but damn, those 4 would help. And throw in Cesaro too just for match quality.

1. He should be over the top, that’s his gimmick and it makes him stand out. Fergal Devitt, charming lad who collects Lego, isn’t what people pay to see.

2. Keep them separate. NXT is doing fine as it is.

3. Make him World champion and build up to a Wrestlemania match with Brock Lesnar.

4. Cesaro. Styles would be close if he could 100% get his shit together as far as adjusting to the WWE ring style, though.

5. There’s absolutely a spot for Rollins that doesn’t have to be as the World champion. Just because he didn’t work in one role doesn’t mean there’s not other roles for the guy. That’s how it used to work! You used to go from territory to territory trying out different roles and figuring out which one you could draw with.
