Blackjack Mulligan (Bob Windham) dead

Windham is known for his time with the Blackjacks team in the 1970s alongside Jack Lanza. As part of that team, he was a member of the 2006 Hall of Fame class. He was the patriarch of a wrestling family that includes sons Barry and Kendall, son-in-law Mike Rotundo, and grandsons known as current WWE superstars Bray Wyatt and Bo Dallas.
