Is Roman Reigns completely ruined at this point, or is turning him heel the only way to fix this whole mess of a situation?

He needs a CHARACTER, not a heel turn. Turning him heel is useless if he goes out and cuts the same old shitty promos and still can’t get anyone to care about him. Turning him will help the fan reaction issue in the short term, but the main problem is that he’s been completely exposed as not being The Guy. They tried him as World champ, it didn’t work, now they need to find another plan and not just double down on Reigns even harder. ​
