Hi Scott,
I’m watching some early 2000s programming on the Network. There was a short angle where a new wrestler came in named Mr. America to feud with Vince but I don’t think they ever said who was under the mask. Do you know? If not can you please jump ahead a decade and a half in the Wrestling Observer lookbacks and see what Meltzer knew about it?

I believe it was Donald Trump. I could be wrong.
