Howdy Blog O’Doomers!

I see everyone reacted to the expected result of the Fastlane main event with expected venom. I can’t go there because I don’t particularly dislike Roman Reigns and the only thing I can really fault him for is not being assertive enough or not feeling like he has the cache to change some of the really bad booking he’s been saddled with. This is what happens when someone has next to no creative control over how they are pushed and its why many workers want creative control. Anyway it is what it is. Can it be recovered eventually? Sure it can.

He’s a pretty young guy in the business and even if his post-WM title run flops I wouldn’t stop trying to see if there’s something that can stick with the guy. Right now his best bet is to try to work with the negative crowd reaction instead of ignore it. When he’s not under the scripted orders of creative I see a pretty sarcastic, smart-ass sort of guy. Troll the crowd a little bit. The crowd wants him to push back against them a little so push back a little.

Anyway, there’s stuff on tonight. So watch it.
