Based on this quote, does this make Rob Liefeld the Hulk Hogan, Kevin Nash, or Vince Russo of the comic book industry?

​I’ve always seen Liefeld as the Vince Russo of comics. I don’t know if Russo can draw feet, but Liefeld taking over Captain America during Heroes Reborn was akin to Russo "saving" WCW in 1999, for example. ​
