WWE Planning a New Series Revolving Around Lighter Weight Wrestlers?

There are currently plans in place for the WWE to start a new series on the Network about lighter weight wrestlers. The premise is unknown but ideas being pitched around are those who have never appeared on WWE or NXT TV, independent wrestlers with the idea they will be signed if they get over, or mixing independent guys with those signed to Developmental contracts.
