Howdy Blog O’Doomers!

This will be quick because I got sidetracked with a few things and almost forgot. First and foremost, the Bret Hart news surprised me and saddened me. Cancer is just…cancer sucks. Period. I still think we can debate things about him and have jokes without wishing ill will to the man so I hope we continue to have our thoughts regarding “The Hitman” in wrestling while wishing him the best in dealing with this disease.

Weird thing was, I was listening to a podcast while running late last week and I got to thinking…what if Bret Hart was in the “Kliq”. Like what if he and the other five were buds. How awesome could a Hart/Razor vs. Shawn/Diesel tag match have been? He pretty much worked great matches with them from a singles standpoint but if he was a Kliq member that could have been taken to the next level. We would have also had a better Summerslam 1995 main event.

That’s really all I have. I’m still trying to figure out how Alex Riley got the go ahead to play 1999 Triple H right down to the spinebuster but good for him if Trips thinks enough of him to gift him the gimmick.
