When To Debut Bullet/Balor Club

Hi, Scott. Assuming WWE signs the NJPW guys by the Rumble, when would you debut them:

(1) At the Rumble (either in the Rumble itself or perhaps post-match angle(s)/beatdown(s))?

(2) In between the Rumble and Mania (enough time for them to be on the Mania card)?

(3) After Mania, perhaps even the day after Mania?

Also, would you immediately debut them as a faction, or would you introduce one or two each month before having them unite a few months after being on the roster?

​Just do it Shield-style at the Rumble and be done with it. You could even put them with Paul Heyman as his hired guns when Brock isn’t around because I’d assume he would know how to get AJ Styles and Finn Balor over. Just shoot for the moon and have them take Undertaker out of the Rumble if they want to continue the Heyman-Taker storyline. Obviously they need SOMETHING new and different.​
