Network theory

> Do you think that the timing of WWE unloading a dumptruck full of classic 80s territory wrestling on the Network right as the current product is hitting a historic low in both ratings and quality is more than just a coincidence? It’s almost like somebody within the WWE is trying to make a statement, "THIS IS HOW IT’S DONE. THIS IS PRO WRESTLING. PEOPLE WILL WATCH THIS." I’m sure Vince authorized it, but I can’t imagine him making that connection as he’s too busy screaming about tater tots and the ‘archaic’ metric that is TV ratings.
I appreciate a good conspiracy, but the content dump was organized months ago based on a survey they sent out to Network subscribers. They basically said "Which old wrestling showcasing the early careers of Hall of Famers would you prefer?" and then built the playlists around that. So old Shawn Michaels in the AWA, old Four Horsemen in the NWA, old Steve Austin in USWA, etc.
