WWE Considering Taking Legal Action Against Recently Released Wrestler

The company is looking to take legal action against the former Brad Maddox and Pro Wrestling Tees for trademark infringement over his new ring name, which is Mad Braddox. The WWE Legal Department believes the new name is too similar and attempted to register the name several weeks. The WWE already owns intellectual property rights to the Brad Maddox name and once the trademark is approved, it will give them a much stronger legal position.

TNA Impact Ratings

This past Wednesday’s episode of Impact drew 221,000 viewers and the midnight replay drew 73,000 viewers for the second lowest total viewership in TNA’s history on Destination America.
