Hope all is well with you and the family

Just wanted to take a quick moment to say how much I enjoyed the Bayley Vs
Eva Marie match on NXT this week

It was almost kind of meta, with the way they had "corporate" send Charles
Robinson down to the ref the match, insinuating that the fix was on

It was the perfect match for that type of crowd and I was really into the
near falls, not knowing the result going in

Eva did as well as you could expect with someone of her ability level and
Bayley carried her well

It does raise a question of where they go with Eva now? I very much got the
impression they were writing her out of the title picture here, with Nia
Jax getting the Bull Nakano push in her stead

I suppose this could be Eva getting moved into a Valet role with Jax, which
I wouldn’t be too against

To me, I really think they should lay off having Eva wrestling matches on
TV and instead have her doing matches on local shows in Flordia. I think
that will not only improve her as a worker but it will also test her
dedication

If she can survive six months working church halls in front of 50 people
and still want to do this, then she’s a keeper

I doubt they’d have the balls to do that though, especially considering
that a woman who looks like Eva Marie has options and if this wrestling
lark started getting a bit too much like hard work and became suddenly
extensively less glamarous, she could skip town and go back to
modelling/acting

But yeah, I really enjoyed it and Bayley continues to impress me

Bravo to everyone, including Lil Naitch, who is probably the best referee
in the business right now

​I feel like there’s a weird sense of relief after Bayley didn’t lose the title to her on THIS particular occasion, but I’m pretty sure that title change is happening at some point. And Eva is not a keeper, she’s getting worse, in fact. Maybe we’ll get lucky and they’ll call her up to the main roster to ruin that division first!​
