1. Yup.

2. David would have been a big star, but I don’t think he was the next Flair or anything. The business was changing and Kerry had the better look. David would have been a long-term champion in the 70s, though. As for the drug aspect, COME ON. Although I suppose even addicts can die of accidental causes, too.
