Sasha as GOAT and other ?s

Between the matches with Charlotte, Becky, and most recently this weekend against Bayley, a match that stands as a 2015 MOTY candidate and doesn’t need to be qualified with "for a womens’ match", is it safe to say that Sasha has already cemented herself as the greatest woman professional wrestler of all time? I know some people cringe at the implication that she’s better than Trish or Lita, but Sasha is just on another planet altogether from any woman I’ve ever seen. Has there ever been another wrestler, male or female, who has compiled such a resume of great matches in so short of a time in the business?

On a related note, since I mentioned them, how do you think Trish and Lita would fare in today’s WWE? I know opinions on them as workers vary greatly; would getting to work with today’s talent improve them as wrestlers or completely expose them?

​First up, let’s not go crazy here. All Japan Women were blowing what Sasha does out of the water on a nightly basis in the 90s. Someone like Akira Hokuto, as a random example, is legit one of the top wrestlers ever, full stop, never mind women’s wrestling. ​

And I love Trish and Lita both, but obviously they were being graded on a huge curve for the time. I think they might be able to adapt to today’s NXT product somewhat, Trish in particular, but both were very much workers of a certain time and style and I don’t think the comparison would be very fair. One thing we do know: Lita’s boobs would still be spectacular in any timeline.
