What Do You Miss The Most About Pro Wrestling?

I thought this question may stir up some interesting discussion on the Blog.

What do you miss the most about pro wrestling?

For me, it has to be the variety of styles – when I was growing up in the 1990s, you had the US mainstream product of WWF and WCW, along with the harder edge of ECW, coupled with the high flying style in Mexico, the strong style in Japan, the garbage promotions such as FMW and W*ING and the womens groups such as AJW.

Maybe its because I dont follow the product as much, but I really feel this is something that is sorely lacking in todays market place, and its the thing I miss most about wrestling, closely followed by logical booking.

Definitely the variety in styles. Watching these Nitro shows for the first time it’s pretty amazing what a wacky combination of styles you’d get on an average show, not to mention having ECW out there at the same time doing something totally different.
