Bam Bam for HOF?

Hey Scott,
A break from all the Roman Reigns stuff: Is there anything preventing Bam Bam Bigelow from being posthumously inducted into the hall of fame? He definitely passes the Koko B Ware test, so why not throw him in? Especially considering how his in ring career was finished off by saving children from a freaking fire, wouldn't that be a nice feel good moment for a ceremony?

I think that on a professional level, Bigelow would totally qualify for the WWE Hall of Fame, no question. That being said, he kind of burned bridges on the way out in 95 and if he's not on the "no no" list for the Hall, I'm pretty sure he's at least on the "No one is probably going to bring him up" list. i just don't see it, sorry.
