Angle has reportedly been pitching an idea to the WWE that would have him work a similar schedule as Shawn Michaels did in his last few years with the company, just working the big shows and limited dates. According to Dave Meltzer of the Wrestling Observer Newsletter, at the best he can tell the WWE hasn’t shown much interest

Reportedly, the WWE has told Dean Ambrose to stop using the running cannonball spot in the corner. The reason: they want to save the move for Kevin Steen when he makes his debut in the WWE.

The next WWE tryout will be held the first week of September. It has been reported that a number of top independent workers have been contacted to attend.
