Scott,

Is there any solid reason as to why, despite wrestling each other hundreds if not thousands of times, Hulk Hogan never put Randy Savage over clean? I mean, while not being known as one who enjoys putting others over, Hogan has laid down cleanly for a few wrestlers who aren't even near the caliber of Savage (Jacques Rougeau comes to mind).

Basically there was enough psychological issues between them to fuel a textbook, so god knows what the specific reasons were. I think Hulky-babe just never saw Macho on the same level of stardom as himself, much like he never put Flair over either. Rougeau I can understand, as he was no threat to Hogan on any level. That's why 2002 must have KILLED him.
