Monday Night Open Mic

Well it’s the go home show for the Royal Rumble and something’s going to have to happen. Looks like Daniel Bryan might not be good to go for the event so I’m guessing that situation will get put on the backburner as we focus on “Stone Cold” CM Punk and his battle with authority. I’ve guessed that he’ll draw the first spot in the Rumble and try to go coast to coast.

Right now in my fantasy WM booking I see Punk vs. Brock for the straps. So exactly how do I get the straps from Orton to Brock. And what do I do with Cena? Can we roll with Punk vs. Brock and Cena vs. Undertaker as the top two matches?

Or does Brock-Cena and Punk-HHH sound more likely. Now the Undertaker needs a match? Do you feed him Orton? With Heyman mentioning the title so much in representation of Brock it makes me think the strap is going to be his sooner than later. Maybe as soon as Sunday, probably by Elimination Chamber.

Anyway, just thinking out loud. Not much competition outside of the Aussie Open and a couple of holiday NBA games for RAW to contend with so I’m optimistic this is going to be a solid show. So come out swinging but make sure to keep it clean!
