Raw Budget?

Does Raw have a budget?  and i was wondering how much do you think things like the zamboni/Beer truck/cement mixer cost back in the day of Austin? Those were some of the defining moments of the attitude era and i feel like theyve moved away from that but maybe because its just not cost effective.  The whole D-Bry escalade paint thing made me think of this.
