Best WCW PPV

Hey Scott long time reader first time emailed etc etc. Just watched the Raven/Benoit match you posted the other day and it reminded me of how awesome Souled Out 98 was almost top to bottom (even Luger/Savage gets a free pass from me due to being a huge Macho Man Mark) my question to you is what was the best WCW PPV during their big run (summer 96 until the wheels came off the bus completely sometime in the summer of 99) Seems like there should be a few that used the formula of awesome undercard matches combined with Main events with just enough drama to mask the limitations of the people involved. Spring Stampede 99 seems an obvious one; what do you think (and the blog) think?
Yeah, I really loved Souled Out 98. That Raven asskicking really made the show and of course you had the Bret-Flair match where they were determined to go out and shove it in Hogan's face. And of course the Bash/Bash 96 combo is one of my favorite pair of PPVs ever.
What was the one with the DDP-Raven-Benoit cage match where Kanyon unmasked? I remember that one being pretty good too.
