Road to Wrestlemania Monday Night Open Mic

It’s the final Road to Wrestlemania Monday Night Open Mic of the season and even though the threads have been awesome it sucks that most of us just aren’t feeling it. I still have high hopes for the show. There’s too much talent in most of the matches for this card to suck. Who’s to say that if given 13 minutes Hell No vs. Big Dolphie can’t been a match above ***1/2. So while the angles have fallen a little flat, the workrate could make up for it.

I am excited, however, that I will be seeing Mike Tyson’s one-man show this month. I wonder if he’ll mention how Wrestlemania paid some serious bills for him…or if he’ll talk about kicking the shit out of Brad Pitt when he caught him banging Robin Givens. Either way I win.

My heart breaks for Ric Flair — I get it, he’s a very flawed man. Obviously a terrible husband and probably wasn’t the world’s greatest dad. But he and his son bonded over SOMETHING and to lose a child at such a young age has to be very difficult to deal with, especially given how little time he probably spent with his family as a whole. I spend a great amount of time with my son and it still isn’t enough. It’s never enough. I feel for the guy.
