Why would WWE project 100,000 for WM30?

Why would WWE project 100,000 in attendance for WMXXX when the capacity of the stadium in New Orleans is 76,500?
Much like their "100 million" WWE fans in the US or adding up all the showings of all their TV shows to get viewership numbers that beat one show on another network, WWE math is very fluid. Plus no one is going to call them on their bullshit anyway.
