Random question…I never understood why after two years of waiting they did Austin/McMahon on the ppv before Mania XV. At the time it felt like it was just thrown together because they had a ppv to fill. In the immortal words of the Chewbacca Defense….it doesn't..make…sense

As with most Russo-related booking decisions, you just kind of shake your head sadly and move on with your life. Really the ideal time would have been AFTER Wrestlemania because that's when they always need the bump.
