ECW v. WWE

Bwahaha. WWE lost the ECW trademark and now someone else has it.

Yeah, I'm gonna call bullshit on that one. WWE just released an ECW DVD, so they clearly have not abandoned the trademark. Plus you can't just lose a trademark, the other side has to prove that it's either gone unused (which it clearly hasn't) or that the term has become so generic that, for example, everyone already equates "wrestling" with "ECW", like with aspirin. WWE could rightly sue these chuckleheads into oblivion.
