Honestly, at this point it’s really kicking someone when they’re not only down but dead and being eaten by the vultures.  I’m pretty sure the only person who thought that Vince Russo was relevant as a booker after 2006 or so was Vince Russo and maybe Dixie Carter.  Everyone (well, most everyone) acknowledges that yes, Russo’s contributions from 1997 until 1999 were very valuable and entertaining and made lots of money.  It’s everything since then that’s the issue.
